Jepson Forum
With a northwest lodge style, the Jepson Forum comfortably accommodates up to 50 overnight guests. The lower meeting room amphitheater seats up to 300 people and has power shades. This facility is a wonderful place to host your next youth retreat, worship night, lip sync battle, or confirmation retreat. This building is not currently wheelchair accessible.

Features:

Upper Forum Meeting Room: This lodge-style room is a perfect registration zone. It acts as a large foyer for the Lower Forum Meeting Room. There is a pool table and foosball table, as well as a wood-burning fireplace, and board-room style table—perfect for playing board games with a group of 12 people! This space can be used on its own or the dividing wall can be opened up to join this space with the lower meeting amphitheater.

Lower Forum Meeting Room: This large carpeted amphitheater style room seats up to 300. It is 43 ft. long with 8 tiers in descending width. Floor to ceiling windows feature a great view of our lower campus and Lake Sammamish. This room also includes a stage, a newly updated sound system and two large flat screen TVs. A perfect space for a large meeting or worship service.

Forum Cabins:Each of the Forum cabins sleeps 10 guests each. Cabins include solid wood bunks with extra-long twin size mattresses. Each unit is individually heated.

Joshua Lodge
This wheelchair accessible lodge is a comfortable private place to retreat from the crisp fall and winter weather. Joshua Lodge can accommodate up to 48 overnight guests in bunk rooms.

Features:

Joshua Lodge Meeting Room: The 972 square-foot meeting room comfortably holds 60 people and features a gas fireplace, and piano. From its large windows you can see SAMBICA’s woodsy surroundings. Includes a large refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, coffee station, and tea selection at back of room.

Cabin Rooms: Five cabin rooms are located within Joshua Lodge. Four of the five rooms are 250 square feet, and sleep 10. One of the rooms is 210 square feet and sleeps 8. Each room features bunk style beds with comfortable extra-long twin sized mattresses.

Restrooms: Each restroom contains two showers. Restrooms and showers are wheelchair accessible.

Country Cabins
On upper camp, three Country Cabins are closely located near the Speaker’s Cabin, Joshua Lodge, and recreation field. Each cabin sleeps ten people in bunk style accommodations and includes a bathroom.

Cabins:The Country Cabins accommodate 10 overnight guests each. Solid wood bunks include new six-inch-thick mattresses. Each unit is individually heated.

Restrooms: Each cabin has its own restroom and includes a shower.

Speakers Cabin
Inviting a special speaker or guest to inspire your group during your retreat at SAMBICA? Have them stay at Speakers Cabin for a relaxing time!

Features:

Cabin: One room has a double bed, and the other a twin. Linens are provided.

Private Bath and Kitchenette: The kitchenette is complete with a refrigerator (including a freezer), coffee station, and microwave.

Beach House
This cozy meeting space features beautiful panoramic views of the lake. With room for up to 30 people it is perfect for times of thought, meditation and discussion.

Features:

Beach House Meeting Room: This 23 x 23 ft. meeting room features beautiful lake views and hardwood floors. Theater style or table design seating is available for 30 people. Restrooms are located on the lower floor and accessible from an outside entrance.

Location: Located near our waterfront, the Beach House has one of the best views of Lake Sammamish of any of our facilities. Nearby, the waterfront area is a great spot to pause for reflection, or break for a game of volleyball.

Dining Hall
Newly remodeled with seating for up to 200 people the Dining Hall includes a wood burning fireplace and cozy seating area for those cold fall and winter mornings. We are proud of the level of service we can provide in our dining hall. Our dining services serve high quality buffet style meals and a large assortment of hot and cold beverages.

Features:

Banquet Hall: The 81 x 45 ft. dining hall comfortably seats 200 and can be utilized for banquet events.

Foyer:There is a small foyer area near the entry of the Dining Hall. In the winter our wood fire place warms this cozy area.

Gillette Center (Grace)
The remodeled and rededicated Gillette Center comfortably accommodates up to 24 overnight guests and is perfect for small groups. It includes showers, restrooms, and a spacious meeting area that make this a wonderful space for your next small event. The building is currently not wheelchair accessible.

Playground:The backyard includes a small playground and excavated play area.

Basketball Courts:Several basketball courts are located directly behind this building.
